Gary Sharpe is a Chartered General Practice Surveyor and members of the Chartered Building Consultancy, Chartered Association of Engineers, Party Wall Surveyors.
Gary has over 30 years of experience completing valuation exercises on a wide range of property types for the purposes of party wall matters, quantity surveying, licensing, structural design and calculations and inspections.
He specialises in all aspects of surveying and structural engineering. Gary coordinates all appointments of the team, across London, and takes lead on any project management requests.

Frederick Figueira Sales & Communications
Qualifications
Undergraduate Student at Durham University studying BA Business and Management. Work experience in Department for Transport and Laurence Chandler Accountancy Firm.
Whilst studying in Higher Education at one of England's most prestigious Universities, Frederick also has a broad portfolio of experience in several industries including; Retail (Karen Millen), and IT (Metacube).
Frederick's role primarily consists of direct communications with our Client database. Beyond this, he uses knowledge developed from his experience at Metacube to work on our online presence and digital marketing.
He also deals with our call service to respond to customer queries.

Ross Sharpe Digital Content Producer
Qualifications
Undergraduate student studying BA Business Management at University of York. 1+ year of work experience as a ‘Technical Officer’ at University.
Whilst completing his degree in Business Management at the University of York, Ross works at Jackson Ross Steel working on our marketing and social media presence.
In addition to running our social media pages, Ross also creates our adverts and content for promotion. He then creates a strategy from which these posts are shared across the internet for potential clients and other companies to see.
When in the office, Ross also regularly helps out with administration tasks to ensure the team work as efficiently as possible.
