P.Eng, FCABE, C.Build.E, MCIOB, MFPWS, MSPE
Gary is a Chartered Building Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and the Society of Professional Engineers.
He started in construction with Alfred McAlpine in 1983 and has practised as a party wall surveyor since 2012, with more than 350 party wall matters on file.
His work covers party wall matters, structural inspections and design, quantity surveying, project management and expert witness instructions. Gary allocates and oversees every appointment the team takes on across the UK, and leads on project management work.

Qualifications
Business Management, University of Nottingham. Licensed drone flyer for roof and building inspections.
Jack works alongside Gary on structural inspections, surveys and party wall matters, and is often the first point of contact for clients on live instructions.
He flies our drone surveys of roofs and high-level elevations, so we can inspect areas that would otherwise need scaffolding or a cherry picker.
He also coordinates site visits and keeps clients updated as their matter progresses.

Ross Sharpe Digital Content Producer
Qualifications
BA (Hons) Business Management, University of York (2:1). Previously a Technical Officer at the University.
Ross runs our marketing and social media presence.
He produces our adverts and promotional content, and plans where and when it goes out so it reaches the clients and firms we want to work with.
He also supports the team with administration.
